Why it's interesting
The square chronograph Steve McQueen made famous is still the rare watch you can identify from across a room by outline alone. This version keeps the blue sunray dial and square silver counters and puts TAG Heuer's in-house Heuer 02 inside — proof that a square case can be a proper sports watch rather than a dress curiosity.

tagheuer.com refused every request (HTTP 403), so no manufacturer page was read. 39 mm, sapphire, 100 m and Heuer 02 from Monochrome; thickness is Watches of Switzerland's rounded 15 mm case depth (other retailers quote 15.21 mm). Wempe's table says 40 mm / 75 h, which contradicts TAG's published 39 mm / 80 h and was not used. Lug width and lug-to-lug not confirmed. Drawing simplified: the square counters are drawn round and the chronograph pushers are not drawn.
