Longines filed a patent for the flyback chronograph in 1935, and this 2025 version shrinks its modern Spirit flyback from 42 to 39.5 mm with a hand-wound column-wheel calibre. A ceramic 60-minute bezel and gilt numerals finish it off with restraint.
