Why it's interesting
Henri d'Origny's 1978 design hangs the case from a stirrup at the top and lets the numerals lean forward as if they were at a gallop. At 36 mm, with a white lacquered dial and slim blued hands, it is a dress watch with a sense of humour.

Specs from Lepage (a French Hermès retailer): 36 mm polished steel case, flat anti-reflective sapphire crystal, Swiss quartz (hours and minutes), 30 m, white lacquered dial with stamped Arabic numerals, blued-steel leaf hands, blue Swift calfskin strap, €3,050, and the 1978 Henri d'Origny design. hermes.com product pages were blocked (Cloudflare) and the Chinese site does not sell this reference, so nothing came from Hermès's own spec table; Hermès France's watch listing shows the same 36 mm model on a black strap (W404821WW00) at the same €3,050. Thickness and lug-to-lug are not published by the sources read. Current status assumed from the Lepage listing. Drawing: the asymmetric stirrup lugs at 12 are not drawn (round case with ordinary lugs), and the numerals are drawn upright rather than slanted.
