Dan Henry lists the Seiko NH35 for every 1970 variant, including this no-date one (the date wheel is simply not shown). The crystal is 'sapphire coated double domed mineral', so it is recorded as mineral. The rotating bezel is internal (crown at 2); the illustration draws it as a bezel ring.
