Illustration. The seconds hand ticks, as most quartz movements do.
Why it's interesting
Tsuno means horn: the crown and both pushers sit at the top of the case, the bullhead layout of a stopwatch you'd hold in your hand. Citizen brought back its 1973 Challenge Timer at the original 38 mm with a quartz chronograph inside, so the panda dial and orange hands of a 1970s collector's piece now cost €229.

About this page
Verified specifications, checked September 2026
Dimensions, water resistance, movement and crystal were checked against the sources below.
Diameter, 11.73 mm height, 5 bar, 97 g, crystal glass (mineral), calibre 0510 and the €229 price are from Citizen Europe, which sells it as the 'Challenge Timer', a tribute to the 1973 Bullhead. The 18 mm lug width is from aBlogtoWatch's review of the Japanese-market Record Label Tsuno Chrono, which uses the same case. Lug-to-lug isn't published and third-party figures disagree (40–44 mm), so it's left blank. Launch year left blank: sold in Japan before Citizen Europe listed it in 2026. One review quoting 13.8 mm and 100 m contradicts Citizen and wasn't used.
