Dimensions, water resistance, movement and crystal were checked against the sources below.
42 mm (Cartier's model size), calibre 1847 MC, sapphire, date at 3, 3 bar, guilloché dial, spinel cabochon and price from Cartier Germany; 13.03 mm thickness from the US spec table (the German text rounds to 13 mm). Cartier's dimension field reads 44.1 mm, presumably including the crown protector; the stated 42 mm is used. Lug-to-lug and lug width not published; launch year of this reference not confirmed. Drawing: the crown's protective arch is drawn as a crown guard, and the Roman numerals are drawn smaller than the real oversized ones.
