Why it's interesting
A modern take on the 6105, the diver Martin Sheen wears as Captain Willard in Apocalypse Now: the same asymmetric cushion case with its crown tucked in at 4 o'clock, recut at a compact 46.6 mm lug to lug with a sapphire crystal and a three-day movement. The olive dial and bezel suit the film's jungle better than the black version does.

Specs and GBP price from Seiko UK, which now files it under '1970 Heritage Diver's Watch'. June 2020 launch, the 6105 and Apocalypse Now history and the olive sunburst dial from Monochrome. The black bracelet sibling SPB151 is no longer listed by Seiko; the green SPB153 is. The red-tipped seconds hand is drawn plain.
