Illustration. The seconds hand sweeps, like the real movement.
Why it's interesting
Longines' Art Deco rectangle, in the catalogue since 1997, in its larger automatic form: Roman numerals, a flinqué dial and blued hands. At 28.2 × 47 mm it has real presence on the wrist without any fuss.

A sensible choice that manages not to be boring. Comfortable, legible, and it goes with everything I wear.

About this page
Verified specifications, checked September 2026
Dimensions, water resistance, movement and crystal were checked against the sources below.
Calibre L592.5 per the product sheet. Longines gives the case as 28.20 × 47.00 mm; the 28.2 mm width is stored as diameter and the 47 mm length as lug-to-lug. Launch year of this reference not confirmed; Monochrome (2021) places the flinqué, Roman-numeral dials before the 2021 sector-dial versions. The collection's 1997 launch per Deployant.
