Why it's interesting
The Polaris keeps the twin crowns and inner rotating bezel of JLC's vintage Memovox Polaris dive watch but trades the alarm for a relaxed three-hander with a date. The blue lacquer that fades to near-black at the edge does most of the talking; 200 metres and a 70-hour calibre do the rest.

About this page
Verified specifications, checked September 2026
Dimensions, water resistance, movement and crystal were checked against the sources below.
Case (42 × 13.92 mm), 20 bar, calibre 899, 21 mm lug width (strap spec) and price from Jaeger-LeCoultre. JLC's page describes 'glass-box crystals' and a sapphire case back but doesn't name the front crystal; the glass-box sapphire is stated by retailer Greenleaf & Crosby, and Monochrome confirms sapphire on the earlier blue Polaris Date. That earlier version (ref. 9068681, 13.1 mm, 2019) was a limited edition of 800; this regular-production Q906868J's launch year was not found, so year is null. Lug-to-lug not published. Drawing: the inner rotating bezel (under the crystal, set by the crown at 2) is drawn as an outer dive bezel with 15/30/45 numerals; only the crown at 4 is drawn; the orange triangle at 12 and the orange seconds tip are not drawn.
